Cade’s family has been in the hearing healthcare industry since the 70's, based out of Texas. In 2007, Cade began working as a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist for his uncle in Liberty, Texas, opening a greenfield clinic. Over the next five years, Cade built up the Liberty location as well as other locations in East Texas. In 2012,

In 2007, Cade began working as a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist for his uncle in Liberty, Texas, opening a greenfield clinic. Over the next five years, Cade built up the Liberty location as well as other locations in East Texas. In 2012, Cade began working for NewSound Hearing Aid Centers, the largest account of Starkey Hearing at the time, with more than 50 locations. By 2014, Cade was Regional Director of all 50+ Texas locations. In 2016, Cade transferred to National Director of Clinic Operations for All American Hearing, leading more than 200 locations across the US. In 2020, Cade was part of the founding team of Acuity.
When not working, Cade’s hobbies include hunting, fishing, and golf. On weekends you can find him doing at least one, if not all three, of his hobbies with his friends, brother Trevor, and nephew Jack.
Raised in Oregon, Randy received a B.S. of Liberal Arts from Oregon State University in 1983. Soon after, Randy started working at Starkey Hearing Technologies as a hearing aid technician, and by the mid 90s, he became National Sales Manager.

In 2002, Randy left the corporate world and took ownership of three brick and mortar retail hearing clinics in Texas. Over the next 14 years, Randy grew the footprint to over 80 locations, becoming Starkey's largest account.
2016 saw the merger of Randy's NewSound network into Starkey’s All-American network of retail clinics. Randy served as the Managing Director of more than 300 locations in this role.
Randy was part of the founding team of Acuity in 2020. Randy works directly with business owners in developing and executing their strategic plans for their respective companies.
In his spare time, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. You can often find him on the golf course or hitting the ski slopes in Colorado.

Sarah started working with hearing clinics in 2004 as an Account Executive at Wilson Group, a well-known and established advertising agency in the industry. This role exposed her to hundreds of hearing clinics over the years, allowing her to establish industry benchmarks and fine-tune the marketing process that Acuity utilizes with its clients today. In addition to serving as our Director of Marketing, Sarah plays a key role in Acuity’s metrics development and strategic planning efforts.
Sarah loves working with new clients to develop a plan that often results in them spending less on marketing while getting a better return on their investment. She is passionate about helping hearing clinics attract new patients and keeping those patients connected to the practice for life.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband Cliff and their son Grayson.
Steve began his career as a teenager in Texas working for a small hearing aid manufacturer, Unimax Hearing. First learning to repair and build hearing aids in his family-owned business, Steve joined Starkey Labs (now Starkey Hearing Technologies) in 1992 as a field sales representative with one of their national hearing aid companies, Omn
Steve began his career as a teenager in Texas working for a small hearing aid manufacturer, Unimax Hearing. First learning to repair and build hearing aids in his family-owned business, Steve joined Starkey Labs (now Starkey Hearing Technologies) in 1992 as a field sales representative with one of their national hearing aid companies, Omni Hearing Systems. Steve’s hard work, positive results, and leadership skills led to him becoming the managing director of Starkey’s Texas factory in the early 2000s. In 2007 Steve became managing director of Audibel Hearing, another subsidiary of Starkey Hearing Technologies. Later he was named Vice President of Network Development with responsibilities of leading Starkey’s three networks including Audibel. NuEar, and the Starkey Hearing Alliance. Steve retired in 2020 after serving as Starkey’s Executive Vice President of North American Sales.
Steve is a devoted father and husband to his four daughters and wife Lisa, respectively. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Steve also enjoys golfing and rooting for the Denver Broncos.

She received her SHRM-CP Certification in 2022.
Megan leads HR projects and consulting with businesses in the areas of all things people, talent management and development, recruiting, training, employee relations and engagement. She believes that people are central to any business's success and their most important asset.
